What is Immanuel Lutheran School’s mission statement?

What are your hours of operation?

  • The school office opens at 7:30 AM. The office remains open until 4:00 PM.
  • School begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 2:50 PM for full time students. The school doors will be open at 7:40 AM for students not using the Before School Care Program.
  • Our Pre-Kindergarten programs begin at 8:00 AM and end at 11:00 AM.
  • Before School Care starts at 6:30 AM and is located in the small gym. After School Care runs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is located in the modular classroom.

How do I set up an appointment for a visit to the school?

Contact the school office to schedule an appointment with Immanuel’s principal or recruitment director.

What grade levels are offered?

We offer a PreKindergarten program for students ages 3 and 4, half day and full day kindergarten, and grades one through eight.

Is your school affiliated with a religious organization?

We are affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod. Students at Immanuel come from a wide range of religious beliefs and we foster an environment of cultural sensitivity and mutual respect.

What are the steps in the admissions process?

We invite prospective families to visit our campus during an Open House event, personal tour, or a school event. Please click on Apply to see specific steps in completing the application process. Classroom visits are encouraged.

Can prospective students spend a day at the school?

Yes. We welcome prospective students to spend time with us. Call the school office to schedule a visit.

Can a student enroll during the school year?

Students may enroll during the school year, if the classroom has not reached its enrollment limit.

Do you offer any financial aid?

What credentials do Immanuel’s teachers have?

Immanuel’s teachers are certified and many hold master’s degrees in education. Visit our overview page for more information.

What are the class size limits?

  • PreK 3: 15:1 with a teacher aide
  • PreK 4: 18:1 with a teacher aide
  • Kindergarten: 25:1 with a teacher aide
  • Grades 1-2: 24
  • Grades 3-8: 26

How many students attend Immanuel Lutheran School?

Currently our enrollment is at 250 students. We offer one class per grade level.

Are students required to wear uniforms?

Yes. All K-8 students are required to wear uniforms. Get more information on uniforms.

Is Extended Care available?

Yes. Before-school care is available from 6:30 AM to 7:40 AM and after-school care from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM and is located in the school building. Learn more about extended care.
