Athletics at Immanuel Lutheran School

Athletics play an important role in developing well-rounded students at Immanuel Lutheran School. Through competitive sports, students learn discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship—values that extend beyond the playing field and into daily life.


Our athletic programs encourage students to grow physically, socially, and spiritually while representing Immanuel with integrity and respect.

A Christ-Centered Approach to Athletics

Excellence, competition, individual sacrifice, courage, teamwork, cooperation, sportsmanship, and fair play are essential ingredients for both education and life. At Immanuel, athletics are viewed as an opportunity to live out Christian values through effort, attitude, and teamwork.


Students are encouraged to:

Supporting Student-Athletes

Coaches and staff work closely with students to ensure athletics complement academics and faith development. Student-athletes are encouraged to balance responsibilities, maintain strong academic habits, and support one another as teammates.

A Ministry of Immanuel Lutheran Church

Immanuel Lutheran School is one of the many ministries of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Our partnership with the church strengthens our mission and provides students and families with a larger faith community.

All school families are warmly invited to worship with us throughout the week.

Immanuel Lutheran Church Worship Times:

  • Saturdays – 6:00 p.m. (Traditional)
  • Sundays – 8:00 a.m. (Traditional)
  • Sundays – 9:15 a.m. (Teaching + Musical Variety)
  • Sundays – 10:15 a.m. (Education Hour, Christ for Kids, Biblical Studies)
  • Sundays – 11:00 a.m. (Contemporary)
