It is the goal of Immanuel’s SUMMERTIME KNIGHTS Day Camp to provide your children with Christ-centered summer adventures. Campers will spend time indoors and outdoors as counselors lead them in a wide variety of activities each day, including arts and crafts, games, sports, water activities and weekly field trips.
All campers must be completely toilet independent.
You may choose to send your camper for one week, a couple weeks or all eight weeks. All campers must be pre-registered. No drop ins allowed. This is vital for proper staffing.
Immanuel runs summer camp as a service for the families and not with the intentions of making money. However, expenses (counselors hired, supplies & snacks purchased, field trips paid for, etc.) are incurred based on the attendance anticipated by registrations. Therefore, you are financially responsible for the weeks your camper is registered even if they don’t attend. The only exception will be in the event of an extended illness.
Campers should arrive by 9:00 AM. Campers will be divided into groups based on age. Structured, age appropriate activities will be led by experienced counselors during camp hours. If your child will be absent on a day that they registered for, please call the school office (815-547-5346) by 9:00 am.
Before care (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) and after care (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) is available at an additional rate of $3.50 per hour for the first child and $3.00 per hour for each additional sibling. Before and after care will offer free choice activity overseen by counselors. If you are late to pick your child up, you will be charged $5 for the first 10 minutes and $1 a minute, after.
The cost of field trips is included in the camp fees. Campers must bring a disposable lunch on field trip days unless told otherwise. Field trips are still being finalized but may include Burpee Museum The Discovery Center, Hoo Haven, Severson Dells, Midway Village, Fitness Activities, etc.

*Campers will attend Immanuel’s VBS during the morning session. Rates for camp are reduced for VBS week. Hourly charge remains the same for extended care services.
Sign up by the week. Camp Session $150.00 per week and $130.00 per week for each additional sibling. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and is applied to the session fee. Expenses are incurred based on the attendance anticipated by registrations. Children bring their own lunch and drink each day. Snacks provided.
